2. Subject of the Contract: These terms apply to purchases made through the NovaStyle online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions.
3. Order Process: An order becomes valid upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of stock shortage or technical error.
4. Prices and Payment: All prices are in USD (US dollars). Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other online payment methods.
5. Shipping: Shipping time and costs are displayed on the checkout page. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
6. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. (Details in the Refund Policy.)
7. Warranty and Guarantee: All products are covered by statutory warranty under Hungarian law. Electronic products carry a 1-year guarantee.
